Around the World

Russia

Russia features an appetizer of sweet potato pancakes with American caviar and crème fraiche followed by pork medallions with apple chutney and braised red cabbage. Finish off with cherry chocolate brownies!

India

Our trip to Indiakicks off with vegetable samosas in a curried mint sauce. The second course is a mixed vegetable curry with naan and topped off with kafir lime squares.

Brazil

Brazil begins with chicken shoots over pureed garbanzos with a chicken jus. Fire roasted gaucho beef skewers with ranchero sauce complete the second course and mini fried ice creams with caramel sauce and homemade whipped cream leave your guests satisfied with a taste of Brazil.

Mexico

Let's go South of the Border beginning with homemade tortilla chips served alongside guacamole and salsa followed by shrimp fajitas with all of the fix ins. Top of your meal with apple fajitas.

Italy

Our Italian Feast starts off with fresh mozzarella and grape tomato bruschetta on pesto brioche. The second course encompasses bracciola served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with a red wine jus and your trip ends with miniature cannoli's.
